</div><div><p><span style="color:black">McLarens is searching for an Adjuster working in a designated region. The adjuster needs to be able to work under minimal supervision with the ability to travel as needed by resolving various types of losses. The Adjuster will require casualty experience with some residential and commercial property experience preferred. We are looking for an exceptional and resourceful problem solver, proactive thinker, and self-starter.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></h2>

<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ability to read and analyze reports, documents, and data.</span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Inspect Property Claims and maintain expected caseload.</span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Efficiently partner with co-workers, leadership, and customers via telephone and other means of communication to convey detailed and/or complex information. </span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Receive and review claim intake daily.</span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Contact insurer, broker, and claimant to arrange appointment for first meeting.</span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Investigate and determine the extent of damages on losses up to the assigned threshold. </span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Visit insured/risk to investigate cause, circumstances, extent of loss, and damage.</span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ability to maintain diary and respond to stakeholder inquiries in timely and professional fashion.</span></li>
<li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provide local assistance on national accounts when necessary.</span></li>

<li><span style="color:black">4-year college degree preferred. </span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Appropriate state adjuster license(s), as necessary.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Proficient knowledge of Xactimate or other estimating platforms.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Knowledge of the independent claims adjusting business.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Strong interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Strong analytical skills</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Ability to plan and prioritize.</span></li>
