Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a full-time, school-based position with a district in the Rock Hill, SC area.
Requirements to Apply:
• Active South Carolina LPN license
• Must meet state and district-specific clearance requirements (e.g., background check, TB test, and drug screening)
• Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred, but not required
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and medication administration to students
• Implement health care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or School Nurse
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
• Assist in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or seizures
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with faculty and parents as needed
