TMD is experiencing significant growth and are therefore looking to expand the R &amp; D team.</p><p></p><p><b>C# .Net Developer</b></p><p></p><p>The successful applicant will have a proven experience developing with C# .Net with a good knowledge of how to optimise applications.&nbsp; They will be working with the rest of the development team on the Mediaflex-UMS product.</p><p></p><p>This role offers a variety of technical challenges and requires a pragmatic approach to delivering high quality and reliable code.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li>Developing integrations between Mediaflex-UMS and external systems</li><li>Developing new features for Mediaflex-UMS</li><li>Backend web development for Mediaflex-UMS</li><li>Keeping applications up to date, secure and performing optimally</li><li>Collaborating with the rest of the development team to bring new functionality to the existing applications</li><li>Fault finding in applications and troubleshooting them</li></ul><p></p><p><b>To succeed in this role, you will need the following:</b></p><ul><li>5+ year experience of C# .Net</li><li>Proficiency in C#, strong understanding of the C# language and its features.</li><li>.NET Framework Expertise,&nbsp;deep knowledge of the .NET framework and its various libraries.</li><li>Database Knowledge, experience with relational databases such as Oracle.</li><li>Object-Oriented Programming <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">(OOP):&nbsp;Understanding</span> of OOP principles and design patterns.</li><li>Version Control, familiarity with Bitbucket or other version control systems.</li><li>Agile <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Methodologies,&nbsp;experience</span> working in Agile development environments.</li><li>Ability to work pragmatically within a dynamic and rapid code development culture without sacrificing quality and whilst maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Ability to translate user requirements into code</li><li>A problem-solving attitude</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written</li><li>Good spoken and written English</li><li>Experience in using AI tools to aid in development and testing (Amazon Q, Cursor AI)</li></ul>
