You'll manage end-to-end creative project lifecycles, working directly with our CMO and cross-functional teams including designers, video editors, and strategists. This role requires someone who understands eCommerce marketing dynamics and can drive execution in a results-focused environment where priorities shift quickly and deadlines are non-negotiable. You'll be responsible for ensuring our creative output meets performance standards while maintaining quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years managing creative teams in eCommerce, performance marketing, or digital agency environments</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp for project management and workflow optimization</li> <li>Experience working with video content production teams and understanding creative asset requirements for paid media</li> <li>Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and resource constraints</li> <li>Strong background in performance marketing ecosystems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)</li> <li>Experience collaborating with marketing strategists, media buyers, and creative teams on campaign deliverables</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead daily standups, identify project bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English</li> <li>Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>$1,500 - $2,000 USD monthly salary</li> <li>Full-time, long-term position with growth opportunities</li> <li>Work directly with experienced CMO and senior creative leadership</li> <li>10 days Paid Time Off annually plus Philippine holidays observed</li> <li>Health insurance (HMO) coverage after 6 months</li> <li>Exposure to high-performance marketing campaigns and industry-leading creative strategies</li> </ul>
