Our mission is to help the world’s best companies - like Microsoft, ServiceNow, PayPal, Baker Hughes, Stanley Black &amp; Decker, and Fidelity - develop their people and build a better future, one skill at a time.</p><p>We’re a fast-growing, Series B startup with a team who are energized and inspired by the opportunity to empower people and unlock growth opportunities through personalized, expert-led skill development.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Controller to lead the company’s accounting and financial operations, with a strong focus on financial reporting, tax compliance, and maintaining robust financial controls.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.</li><li>Lead the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and account controls.</li><li>Prepare and review tax filings in Israel and abroad (VAT, income tax, GST, Sales Tax).</li><li>Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, as well as collaborate closely with internal teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>CPA license with post-qualification experience (Big 4 background – MUST)</li><li>2–4 years of experience as a Controller, in a global high-tech SAAS company.</li><li>Proven track record in preparing US GAAP financial statements.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite – strong advantage).</li><li>High-level English – verbal and written</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights..</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams across different time zones.</li></ul><br>
