The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in <strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI)</strong>, <strong>Machine Learning (ML)</strong>, <strong>Natural Language Processing (NLP)</strong>, and <strong>Deep Learning</strong>, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and scalable systems. This is a senior role for individuals who are not only passionate about AI but can also translate business problems into intelligent systems that drive meaningful impact.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul> <li> <strong>Architect AI Solutions:</strong> Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise-scale AI and ML systems, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. </li> <li> <strong>Lead AI Strategy:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. </li> <li> <strong>Conversational &amp; Agentic AI:</strong> Build and integrate state-of-the-art <strong>Conversational AI</strong> and <strong>Agentic AI</strong> systems, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and autonomous agents. </li> <li> <strong>Model Development:</strong> Guide development and optimization of models for NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and other AI domains. </li> <li> <strong>Technology Evaluation:</strong> Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) best suited for various AI initiatives. </li> <li> <strong>Data Architecture &amp; Governance:</strong> Work with data teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and support ethical and compliant use of AI/ML. </li> <li> <strong>Mentorship:</strong> Provide technical leadership and mentor teams of AI/ML engineers, researchers, and data scientists. </li> <li> <strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Ensure AI systems operate efficiently at scale, optimizing for latency, throughput, and compute cost. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3><ul> <li> 8–16 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in AI/ML architecture roles. </li> <li> Strong understanding of AI and ML fundamentals including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. </li> <li> Hands-on experience with <strong>Deep Learning</strong>, <strong>NLP</strong>, <strong>Transformers</strong>, and <strong>LLMs</strong> (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.). </li> <li> Deep expertise in architecting and deploying <strong>Conversational AI</strong> and <strong>Agentic AI</strong> systems. </li> <li> Experience with AI pipeline orchestration using tools such as Kubeflow, MLFlow, or Airflow. </li> <li> Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). </li> <li> Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices. </li> <li> Experience integrating AI into large-scale production environments. </li> <li> Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts into business solutions. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul> <li> Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. </li> <li> Experience with <strong>agentic workflows</strong>, self-directed AI systems, and advanced orchestration techniques. </li> <li> Prior experience working in high-growth startups or enterprise R&amp;D environments.</li> </ul>
