Phone Customer Service – Call Past Guests Asking for Google Reviews (Flexible Gig!)

We’re ProperLaunch 🚀, a fast-growing startup helping businesses boost their reputation through high-quality Google reviews. We're now expanding our team of Customer Service Specialists — and that’s where you come in!

💵 Compensation:

- Hourly compensation of $30 USD/hour through an hourly base of $15 USD / hour + an easy $15 USD bonus for every 10 reviews you get (you can easily get more 10 reviews in one hour)

💼 The Role: Customer Service Specialist (CSS)

This is a fully remote, part-time role perfect for someone who’s friendly, energetic, and speaks native-level English. Spanish is a nice to have but not a must. Your job is to call past clients on behalf of our clients, thank them for their business, and politely ask for a 5-star review on Google ⭐️.

You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Warm friendly calls to past clients (script provided)

✅ Thanking them for their business and kindly asking for a review

✅ Sending the Google review link via SMS during the call

✅ Staying on the call (when possible) to ensure the review is completed

✅ Logging outcomes for internal tracking

✅ Following up with clients who promised but haven’t yet reviewed

🎯 Your Goal:

Generate at least 5 reviews per hour with a friendly, high-energy tone on every call. No selling, just gratitude and encouragement. Clients are happy to leave a review since they've already done business with our clients and had positive experiences🌟

🕒 Schedule:

1 hour/day, 5-7 days a week. Flexibility with the time you work each day!

✅ Ideal Candidate:

Native English speaker (mandatory). Spanish is a nice to have but not mandatory.

Positive, enthusiastic phone presence 🚀

Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented

Has stable internet, a phone to make calls and send SMS in the US, a quiet environment, and a laptop with camera to join Zoom calls

Previous cold-calling experience is required!
