Dispatcher After Hours Friday through Weekend

About the position

B & B Repairs, Ltd. is seeking a part-time weekend dispatcher to manage after-hours service requests for their semi-truck and trailer repair business. The dispatcher will be responsible for handling customer calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring effective communication between mechanics and customers during the weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
• Answer all calls and log all calls

• Document service call details and dispatch technician

• Work with manager and mechanic on call
,
• Run payments for non-customers
,
• Send daily summary with phone log from shift on Monday via email and summary in excel

Requirements
• 2 years of dispatching experience
,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
,
• Strong customer service skills
,
• Logistics knowledge
,
• Excellent phone etiquette
