Employees must be U.S.-based and are required to work from a dedicated home office with minimal distractions. Full engagement is expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday, including availability for virtual meetings, timely communication, and active participation in team activities.</p><p><strong>Pay Scale: </strong>Our compensation package includes a base salary complemented by a performance-based bonus structure that rewards individual and team achievements. If you have a passion for financial sales and delivering exceptional white-glove client service, please join us.</p><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong></p><p>As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at BC Analytics, you will be a crucial member of our business development team, responsible for generating new business opportunities in the areas of private equity and M&A. Your primary goal will be to prospect potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule initial meetings for our M&A Associates.
