This position is central to shaping strategic goals and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Perform ad hoc and recurring analyses to inform decisions on marketing campaigns, channel performance, pricing, lead generation, and partner growth.</li> <li>Build presentation-ready deliverables summarizing trends, insights, and recommendations for leadership and partner meetings.</li> <li>Own daily aggregation, validation, and maintenance of sales and marketing data pipelines.</li> <li>Identify anomalies or integrity gaps in data and proactively correct or escalate.</li> <li>Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.</li> <li>Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Tableau GPT) to automate repetitive reporting and support rapid data exploration.</li> <li>Contribute analytical expertise to cross-functional projects, including marketing mix modeling, forecasting, and competitive analysis.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.</li> <li>2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
