About the position
As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 5 at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our products. This position is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the assembly process, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will significantly contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products by ensuring accurate and efficient assembly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, which are vital for the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include performing assembly tasks according to established procedures and work instructions, inspecting and testing finished products to ensure quality and accuracy, troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, technical skills, and the ability to follow instructions meticulously. You will also be expected to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in team discussions and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
