They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to be a great professional. They guide students through the program and into their future careers, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.</p><br> <b>What you will do</b><br><p><strong>What will you do as an Instructor?</strong> </p><ul><li>Attending pitch sessions where students present their AI-based automation solutions to simulated business challenges. </li><li>Giving students constructive, specific feedback on both their technical solutions (logic, feasibility, use of AI tools) and their presentation/delivery skills (clarity, business impact, communication). </li><li>Guiding students through common automation use cases using AI (e.g., automating customer support, streamlining workflows, data extraction, etc.). </li><li>Hosting or participating in educational events, such as webinars, mock presentations, or feedback workshops. </li><li>Sharing your industry knowledge and best practices, helping students understand how to present and deliver automation solutions in a business context.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech, or customer success. </li><li>Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency. </li><li>Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students. </li><li>Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development. </li><li>Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. </li><li>Willing to work full-time aligned with US time zones. </li><li>Bonus: Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.</li></ul><br> <b>What we can offer you</b><br><ul><li>Salary $2,300 - $2,500 Monthly</li><li>free in-house training on how to be a great Instructor and role model for students, choose the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with students, improve soft skills</li><li>opportunities to develop as a public expert</li><li>cross-cultural work experience and lots of opportunities for networking with teammates who love what they do</li><li>Office Hours:Tuesday-Saturday 17:00-01:00 EST</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Disclosures</strong></p><ul><li>At this time we are unable to offer H1B sponsorship opportunities in the USA.</li><li>This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
