Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Acquisitions Manager to source, negotiate, and lock up vacant land deals nationwide. You’ll be the first/second point of contact with sellers, using phone, text, and email outreach to get contracts signed. Ideal for a skilled communicator with hustle and closing ability.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact landowners via phone, text, and email to present offers
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure signed purchase agreements
• Run comps and light underwriting to assess property value
• Input and manage leads and contracts in our CRM system
• Follow up consistently to manage your pipeline of seller leads
• Collaborate with Dispositions and Transaction Coordinators
Qualifications
• Sales & negotiation experience (real estate/wholesale preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organization
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Self-driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
