Responsibilities
• Schedule patients via incoming and outbound calls across a minimum of three service lines.

• Check in patients and manage appointment scheduling.

• Answer billing questions and manage patient medical records for a clinic.

• Perform simple tasks using established procedures with limited work experience.
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED (or higher).

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment.

• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to work between 9:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.

• Ability to occasionally work Saturdays as required.
