Duties:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Real Estate Agent to join our Fathom family. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to guide clients through the entire real estate process, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Assist buyer and sellers with buying and selling real estate
• Conduct market research to determine property values
• Create and maintain a database of potential clients
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Advise clients on the negotiation process
• Prepare and present offers to clients
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes
Skills:
• Real estate administrative: Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and organizing files.
• Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
