About the position
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer credit data to assess creditworthiness
• Handle customer inquiries related to credit applications and accounts
• Use accounting software systems and CRM to process customer applications
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and credit status
• Perform cash flow analysis to evaluate customer financial status
• Utilize the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system for efficient data management
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of payments
• Implement collection processes for overdue accounts
• Utilize 3M and ADP - Financial Services tools for data analysis and reporting
• Continuously update and improve credit application processes.
Requirements
• Proficiency in 3M
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with CRM
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience in Collection Processes
• Knowledge of Credit
• Experience in Credit Application
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution industry is a plus.
