Join Humana as a Talent Attraction & Candidate Communications Intern to craft content that attracts talent and enhances the candidate experience.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment campaigns and content strategies.
• Support the management of Humana’s presence on social media and job board platforms.
• Create and distribute engaging content across platforms to attract talent.
• Assist in measuring campaign performance and track engagement metrics.
• Conduct market research on employer brand trends and competitor strategies.
• Enhance candidate-facing materials to position Humana as an employer of choice.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027.
• Availability to start in September 2025 and work through December 2025 for 15-20 hours per week.
• Residency in Louisville, KY, with the ability to work in-office 1 day/week.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• No requirement for U.S. work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Preferred: Minimum 3.0 GPA, interest in healthcare, knowledge of social media trends, familiarity with content creation tools, and a creative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay range: $37,440 - $87,500 per year (full-time equivalent).
