Accounts and Project Coordinator
Graphicacy, a mission driven data visualization, is recruiting an Accounts and Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of projects and client partnerships.This role is the ideal fit for someone who is excited by the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven company, and you’re curious to learn about all areas of the business—from design to data engineering to client relations strategy.

About the Role:
You’ll work across project and account management, supporting both internal teams and external client communications. This role blends sales and accounts management, client relationship development, operational coordination, and business development support.
• Accounts Coordination:
• Collaborate with Graphicacy’s leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support outreach efforts—organize meetings, draft proposals and scopes of work, and prepare sales materials.
• Track prospective client interactions through a CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Assist in planning and coordinating creative presentations for current and potential clients for Graphicacy’s service offerings.
• Project Coordination:
• Assist our Senior Digital Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and materials.
• Collaborate with the senior digital project manager to ensure milestones are met and communication is clear and consistent across all client touchpoints.
• Maintain project briefs and plans to reflect the most up-to-date timelines, deliverables, and goals.
• Ensure deliverables are accurately documented and accessible across internal systems.
• Support the team in creating and updating tickets in Asana and reviewing support boards to verify that there are no outstanding client requests.
• Help manage project close-out tasks, including post-mortem document creation, monthly support hour tracking, and file archiving.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing weekly internal reports.

Graphicacy Benefits:
This is a full-time, fully remote position with a competitive salary in the range of $55,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience.
