Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing efforts focused on CRM marketing automation and social media campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled professional ready to contribute directly to campaign execution, performance optimization, and marketing innovation using CRM systems and AI-driven tools.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by needs of the Company.
• Assist with CRM/email marketing campaigns using Total Expert and Next Wave
• Support team with daily CRM functions as needed, i.e. email building, content uploads, etc.
• Support social media content and scheduling on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Maintain accurate content across platforms, manage user access, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless channel integration.
• Help report on campaign results and surface actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative team members
• Complete all other projects tasks and duties assigned by the CRM Manager
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 2-4 years of experience in email/CRM marketing and digital marketing
• Experience with CRM systems and managing marketing workflows.
• Knowledge with SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid media strategy.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Knowledge in campaign optimization and performance reporting (Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with AI tools used for digital marketing support.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle detailed assignments and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
