Our Revenue Collective is at the core of that transformation, with a mission to deliver sustainable, diversified topline growth from subscriptions, ads, and partnerships.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong><br>Role</strong></p><p dir="ltr">We’re after an <strong>Ad Monetisation Consultant</strong> who lives and breathes ads, loves optimising revenue, and knows how to keep the user experience happy. You’ll be our ad strategy ace - spotting opportunities, building killer network relationships, and helping our product team make smart, profitable calls without slowing down the fun.</p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>You will:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">- Act as dedicated point-person for ad networks: negotiations, SDK rollouts, priority deals</p><p dir="ltr">- Analyze weekly revenue metrics and recommend optimisation experiments (waterfalls, bidding, etc.)</p><p dir="ltr">- Scout and pilot new networks (offer walls, niche RTB)</p><p dir="ltr">- Work with product teams to understand and optimise ad monetisation tradeoffs vs. other revenue (subscription, IAP) and user experience (engagement, retention)</p><p dir="ltr">- Conduct regular audits of fill rates, completion rates, and eCPMs, and proactively escalate and respond to negative trends</p><p dir="ltr">- Improve eCPMs by learning more about our users</p><p dir="ltr">- Mentor in-house product, design, and engineering teams on best practices, tooling, and vendor management</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>You have:</strong></p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">- Proven (ideally 3+ years) track record in mobile ad-ops for games and/or consumer apps with significant programmatic ad revenue and DAU</p><p dir="ltr">- Deep understanding of mediation platforms (Unity LevelPlay, AppLovin MAX, and Google AdMob)</p><p dir="ltr">- Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, SQL, Looker)</p><p dir="ltr">- Up-to-date on privacy regs (GDPR, ATT)</p><p dir="ltr">- A network of contacts at ad networks and programmatic partners</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>The role is ideal for:</strong></p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">- Seasoned ad-ops professionals seeking flexible engagement</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">- Consultants with existing vendor relationships who can hit the ground running</p><p></p><ul></ul>
