This individual will bridge the gap between leadership, sales, and construction technology teams - ensuring CRM becomes a strategic growth enabler, not just a system of record. <br><br>

The ideal candidate will develop and implement a CRM roadmap, manage a cross-functional team and third-party partners, and ensure the system aligns with and supports business goals - including opportunity pipeline health, project pursuit, and digital enablement.</div><br><br><h3>How You Will Help</h3><div>
<strong>CRM Strategy & Alignment</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Develop and execute a scalable CRM roadmap aligned with business goals. </li>
<li>Drive system innovation through workflow enhancements, automation, and third-party tools. </li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Care to align CRM with core business needs. </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Sales & Construction Tech Integration</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Partner with Sales and ConTech leaders to assess opportunity volume, pipeline health, and funnel performance. </li>
<li>Ensure projects and quotes are properly tracked and advanced through sales stages. </li>
<li>Use CRM insights to identify gaps and support sales activation strategies. </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Team & Vendor Oversight</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a CRM Administrator and CRM Analyst. </li>
<li>Oversee third-party developers and consultants to implement CRM integrations and automations. </li>
<li>Define CRM enhancement project scopes, timelines, and success metrics. </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Change Management & Adoption</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Champion CRM usage through communication, training, and user engagement. </li>
<li>Develop enablement programs that turn frontline feedback into platform improvements. </li>
<li>Serve as the liaison between leadership and end users. </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Process Optimization</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Lead automation, reporting, forecasting, and quote tracking enhancements. </li>
<li>Introduce scalable processes and templates to increase data accuracy and efficiency. </li>
<li>Continuously improve the CRM to reflect evolving needs. </li>

<strong>Data & Reporting</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Ensure high data integrity, standardization, and governance. </li>
<li>Build executive dashboards and reporting tools to drive visibility and accountability. </li>
<li>Identify pipeline trends and performance metrics to inform sales and strategic decisions. </li>

<strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in CRM program management, sales operations, or revenue operations. </li>
<li>Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. </li>
<li>Proven experience driving system adoption and change management initiatives. </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. </li>
<li>Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer journey mapping. </li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li>
<li>Experience managing direct reports and third-party vendors. </li>

<strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert </li>
<li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (MB-210) </li>
