In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to appointment completion.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul> <li>Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate information about our services, scheduling, and billing.</li> <li>Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, ensuring optimal route planning for our mobile dental teams.</li> <li>Provide compassionate support to patients and their caregivers, addressing concerns and resolving issues with patience and efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our CRM system.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient journeys.</li> <li>Educate patients on the benefits of mobile dental care and guide them through the process.</li> <li>Handle insurance inquiries and assist with payment processing.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer care processes and patient experience.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p></p><ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting.</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.</li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.</li> <li>Familiarity with medical/dental terminology is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to work 8am-5pm PST </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><p>Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate of $18.00</p><p>Perks: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive.</p>
