In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and optimizing financial processes, contributing to strategic initiatives, and collaborating with a high-performing finance team.</strong></p><p><strong>This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Accountant with 3+ years of hands-on experience who is ready to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements.</li><li>Deliver periodic management reporting packages and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and consultants during the annual audit.</li><li>Support finance-related and cross-functional projects as required.</li><li>Monitor and optimize cash flow and financial controls.</li><li>Implement best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.</li><li>Drive automation, efficiency, and scalability of finance processes.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>CPA qualification with Big 4 experience – Must.</li><li>1-3 years of post-internship experience, in a fast-paced, global company</li><li>&nbsp;startup – Must.</li><li>Strong ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial systems.</li><li>Full fluency in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Deep knowledge of IFRS and experience applying accounting standards.</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Exceptional accuracy and attention to details.</li></ul><br>
