We use multivariate linking to establish deep connections among more than 330 billion trust signals—email, mobile phone, and social media data that spans the globe—and then look at the big picture to derive identity trust.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a forward-thinking <strong>Controller</strong> to help lead the financial success of our quickly growing company. In this position, you’ll have the responsibility for all accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accounts are prepared, recorded, and reported correctly and on a timely basis.</p><p>Our Controller, reporting directly to the CFO, will need to have a proactive approach, work smart, be flexible, never let anything slip, and take personal responsibility for our accounting department.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>General Ledger Oversight, Month-End Close, Revenue Recognition, Oversees Expenses recording. (Multiple countries), Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, manage cash flow, forecasting, and cash reconciliations. Ensure proper recording and classification of revenue and expenses. Oversee capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets. Track prepaid expenses and accrued liabilities.</li><li>Manage billing cycles, customer churn metrics, and deferred revenue calculations.</li><li>Preparation of various reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including annual audit of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.</li><li>Oversee tax filings (sales tax, payroll tax, VAT, GST, federal/state income), Support transfer pricing and international tax compliance, manage payroll processing and coordinate with HR, ensure accurate accounting for stock options and RSUs, Track employee option exercises, and maintain cap table integrity.</li><li>Track key metrics such as gross margin, burn rate, runway, and revenue recognition</li><li>Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range financial planning, and monitor Actual vs. Budget on a monthly basis.</li><li>Hire, train, and develop finance and accounting staff.</li><li>Create accounting policies and standard operating procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Israeli CPA certification</li><li>Background from one of the Big Four accounting firms (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) – must</li><li>Experience as a Controller in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards and practices</li><li>Proven managerial experience – ability to hire, lead, motivate, and develop both internal team members and external professionals</li><li>Experience reporting directly to CEO and CFO as part of the senior leadership team</li><li>Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP</li><li>Fluent Hebrew and English </li></ul><br> <b>Working at PIPL</b><br>None<br>
