<p>NeoWork is seeking a meticulous and detail-driven <strong>AI Validation Specialist</strong> to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in government, lobbying, policy research, or public affairs who are comfortable working in high-trust, high-context environments. You will play a critical role in reviewing and validating AI-generated summaries of congressional hearings, ensuring that outputs are accurate, complete, and contextually aligned with the source material.</p><p>This position bridges technology and policy, helping shape how artificial intelligence contributes to legislative transparency and public understanding.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul> <li> Review AI-generated summaries of U.S. congressional hearings and ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and contextual integrity. </li> <li> Identify missing, misrepresented, or misleading information and provide human feedback for correction and refinement. </li> <li> Develop and implement <strong>standardized performance metrics</strong> to evaluate AI summary quality across dimensions like completeness, bias, clarity, and tone. </li> <li> Collaborate with internal teams to refine prompts, improve summarization models, and contribute to training data development. </li> <li> Maintain a high standard of editorial quality and neutrality in political and policy-oriented content. </li> <li> Monitor evolving best practices in AI validation, contributing to internal guidelines and SOPs.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, legislative analysis, or related fields. </li> <li> Strong editorial, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to detect nuance and preserve tone and intent from original content. </li> <li> Comfort working with AI-generated outputs; prior experience with AI tools or content moderation is a plus. </li> <li> High attention to detail and a structured, systems-thinking mindset. </li> <li> Former experience as a lobbyist, legislative staffer, or policy researcher is highly valued. </li> <li> Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-evolving environment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>We offer health insurance for contractors</li> <li>Holiday Extra Pay</li> <li>The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.</li> <li>This is a 100% home-based position</li> <li>We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.</li> <li>In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided.</li> <li>There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.</li> <li>There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.</li> </ul>
