Business Development Executive - (German Language) -Remote - Part Time

<p></p><ul> <li>Identifying new business opportunities and generating Sales Qualified Leads </li> <li>Delivering multi-channel outreach activity, including telephone calls, emails and LinkedIn messaging</li> <li>Managing the initial prospect relationship and securing qualified appointments </li> <li>Managing internal CRM processes (Salesforce), including input of activity, account data updates, market feedback and prospect lead qualification details.</li> <li>Measuring and recording day to day sales activity levels and performances</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams.</li> <li>Learn, leverage and help evolve our lead qualification and sales processes.</li> <li>Meet/exceed monthly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives as directed.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Passionate for new business sales/prospecting</li> <li>Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of daily outbound activities while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.</li> <li>Background in IT Saas Sales</li> <li>Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting </li> <li>Competitive, driven and a team player who is willing to succeed </li> <li>Software/technology aptitude, including CRM and sales engagement applications.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities</li> <li>The ability to think creatively and strategically</li> <li>Must speak German</li> <li>Must be able to work on a part-time basis</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>21 Annual leave days in year 1, rising to 25 days (plus bank holidays)</li> <li>£15,000 p.a plus £2,000 uncapped commission</li> <li>Christmas Closure</li> <li>Staff Benefits</li> <li>Ongoing expert training and support</li> <li>Opportunity for advancement </li> <li>We promote a growth culture</li> <li>Great fun, team environment</li> <li>Remote working optional</li> </ul>
