</div><div>We’re looking for a <strong>Backend Tech Lead </strong>to help scale the systems behind Tabby’s core products. You’ll work on high-impact projects in a high-growth environment, alongside a world-class remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries.<br><br>
</div><br><br><h3>What you’ll bring:</h3><ul>
<li>Proven experience leading technical design and architecture in distributed, high-load environments</li>
<li>Backend engineering experience, with at least 3+ years working with Golang</li>
<li>Strong expertise with backend tools and technologies: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Microservices architecture</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams, driving alignment and technical consistency</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li>
<li>A proactive mindset, with the ability to lead initiatives independently</li>
</ul><div><strong>Nice to Have</strong></div><ul>
<li>Prior experience in platform engineering or infrastructure scaling</li>
<li>Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience with event-driven systems or streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub)</li>
