<p>The Builder team will focus on building and optimizing AI-powered workflows with AirOps, reducing</p><p>the workload on CX Builders and allowing them to handle customer relationships. This role requires</p><p>strong coding skills, LLM prompting expertise, and workflow automation experience.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>● Build and optimize AI-driven workflows using AirOps.</p><p>● Implement LLM prompting techniques for content generation and automation.</p><p>● Work closely with the CX Team to translate strategy into technical implementations.</p><p>● Automate processes using workflow automation tools.</p><p>● Provide technical feedback to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.</p><p>● Debug and troubleshoot workflow issues, ensuring high reliability.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>● Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for workflow development and automation.</p><p>● Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval.</p><p>● Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</p><p>● Familiarity with workflow automation tools.</p><p>● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</p><p>● Experience working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.</p><p>● Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
