<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the AI space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets. </p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close </li>
<li>Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets </li>
<li>Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders </li>
<li>Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions </li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention </li>
<li>Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) </li>
<li>Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred)</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment</li>
<li>Experience in the contact center industry is mandatory </li>
<li>Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles</li>
<li>Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skills</li>
<li>Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment</li>
<li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working in cross-functional global teams</li>
