<p>We’re looking for an <b>Account Services Specialist</b> to join our fully remote team and help us keep things running smoothly for our customers. If you're organized, people-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p>Be a primary point of contact for client accounts, making sure they’re supported and informed</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help onboard new customers and coordinate with internal teams to deliver what’s promised</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Track timelines, deliverables, and help keep projects moving forward</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Keep client records up to date and organized in our CRM</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare reports, documentation, and updates as needed</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Flag and follow up on any issues — and help improve how we do things along the way</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>At least 1 year of experience in account services, customer success, or a similar support role</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack (or quick to learn)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>A positive attitude and a team-first mindset</p>
</li>
</ul>
