Business & Quality Analyst - Work from Home / Midshift

<ul> <li>Analyse the current and future business environment and systems landscape.</li> <li>Gather and document business and client project requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Present detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.</li> <li>Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company’s data-led strategy.</li> <li>Assess and manage the impact of requirements on data systems and business processes.</li> <li>Support development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Validate test case scenarios against BRDs and audit test case results performed by UAT testers.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to change control and change management procedures related to business requirements.</li> <li>Share best practices and insights with the wider team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Participate in post-implementation reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and peer knowledge-sharing activities.</li> <li>Other role specific duties as they arise.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.</li> <li>Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.</li> <li>Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).</li> <li>Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Why Join Twoconnect?</strong></p><p>We offer more than just a job — we offer a supportive and rewarding career experience.
