Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting a wide range of legal documents and negotiating complex commercial agreements with vendors and partners worldwide, such as software agreements, SOWs, professional services agreements, and marketing agreements.</p><p>You will serve as the go-to legal advisor for all third-party engagements and help streamline procurement processes while protecting Cellebrite’s interests and supporting its compliance frameworks. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, finance, operations, and security to support cross-functional projects.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Juris Doctor/LL.B.</li><li>Admission to a bar association.</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of relevant legal experience in a fast-paced tech company or a top-tier law firm advising global high-tech clients.</li><li><strong>Fluent in English</strong> (written and spoken), with demonstrated experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal communication.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused advice.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of both legal and commercial implications of contract terms.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br>None<br> <b>Personal Characteristics</b><br>None<br>
