<p>We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe’s next stage of growth.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br> • Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn<br> • Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team<br> • Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers<br> • Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging</p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br> • 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS<br> • Proven cold calling success and hustle mentality<br> • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments<br> • Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha<br> • Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales</p>
