<p><strong>The Role: Creative Strategist </strong>– as a key driver of Disruptive Advertising’s creative services, you’ll partner with account managers, media strategists, designers, and clients to shape performance-driven campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, email, and web. You’ll translate client goals into innovative creative strategies, ensuring brand consistency while leading the development of high-quality deliverables on time and within scope. Thriving in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment, you’ll spark ideas from research and testing insights, manage production, and bring concepts to life that fuel client growth. Outgoing, persuasive, and proactive, you’ll lead conversations, build trust, and motivate both clients and teammates with your enthusiasm, empathy, and ability to turn vision into action.</p>
<p><strong>As Creative Strategist, you will receive:</strong></p>

<p><strong>As our Creative Strategist, you will:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Manage a $16–20k monthly book of business across ~11–13 clients.</li><li>Set quarterly and monthly creative strategy aligned to client marketing and business goals.</li><li>Translate objectives and audience/market insights into clear creative briefs and roadmaps.</li><li>Ideate and present multi-platform campaign concepts and messaging to clients and internal teams. </li><li>Lead research and analysis (market, competitive, audience, performance) to surface trends and opportunities.</li><li>Plan and run creative tests (messaging, imagery, formats) in partnership with paid media; report actionable learnings.</li><li>Project-manage multi-client creative workflows to hit deadlines and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with static and motion designers and provide art direction to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.</li><li>Source or produce assets as needed, including UGC via external partners; occasionally create quick-turn Figma assets.</li><li>Own client communication, including monthly performance readouts, learnings, and next-step plans</li></ul>
<p><strong>What you need to be our Creative Strategist:</strong></p>
<ul><li>2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or design-related fields.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills (Asana experience preferred).</li><li>Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and guide creative execution.</li><li>Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies, including AI tools (e.g., VEO 3, Sora, ChatGPT).</li><li>Advanced proficiency in design and editing software.</li><li>Data analysis skills to evaluate performance and inform strategy using tools like SuperAds.</li><li>Brand strategy expertise</li><li>UX/UI knowledge to oversee website optimization initiatives.</li><li>A strong problem solver managing change and creating innovation while controlling the big picture.</li><li>Comfortable with risk and be a socially poised and motivating team builder.</li><li>Be results oriented and analytical with a drive for change.</li><li>Exceptional listener and strong communicator; able to resolve concerns well.</li><li>Able to influence clients and internal teams alike; build community and gain trust with others quickly. Lead and engage with team members authentically to garner buy-in and create a high trust environment.</li></ul>
