They scale through <strong>Meta Ads, rapid creative testing, and CRO</strong>, always balancing one core winning product with 1–2 active test stores. Our brands include:</p><ul> <li> <strong>Willow &amp; Wall</strong> – home décor staples like stools, ottomans, and mirrors. </li> <li> <strong>Caducci</strong> – vintage-style women’s watches in the fashion/jewelry space. </li> <li> <strong>Duvana</strong> – cozy apparel (e.g., pajama robes), evolving from past lifestyle concepts. </li> </ul><p></p><p>They're obsessed with testing, learning, and scaling. If you thrive in a performance-driven creative environment, you’ll fit right in.<br><br>We’re looking for an <strong>Ad Creative Manager</strong> who lives and breathes direct-response creative. <br>You’ll lead the <strong>development and editing </strong>of high-performing Meta ads for physical DTC products, from <strong>scripting </strong>and UGC <strong>direction </strong>to overseeing <strong>editing</strong>, <strong>testing</strong>, and <strong>iteration</strong>. <br><br>Your north star? Measurable wins—strong CTRs, engaging hooks, scroll-stopping edits, and creatives that convert down funnel.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and manage creative strategy across multiple Shopify brands.</li> <li>Write scripts, provide UGC direction and editing, and brief editors with clarity.</li> <li>Oversee editing output and provide sharp QA feedback.</li> <li>Plan and prioritize rapid creative tests to fuel scaling.</li> <li>Analyze performance data (CTR, hold rate, CVR) and iterate based on results.</li> <li>Stay compliant with Meta policies while pushing for creative breakthroughs.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with editors (PHT) and the performance marketing team.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven track record in <strong>DTC performance creative</strong> on Meta (FB/IG) for physical products. </li> <li>Experience directing UGC and creators, scripting ads, and managing editing workflows. </li> <li>Strong eye for creative testing frameworks and performance metrics. </li> <li>Ability to balance speed with high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Excellent communication and feedback skills for cross-timezone collaboration. </li> <li>Comfortable working in <strong>compliance-sensitive categories</strong> when needed.</li> <li>Video editing experience is a must!!<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Bonus Experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>Portfolio spanning <strong>Home &amp; Living, Fashion/Beauty, Pets, or Fitness</strong>. </li> <li>Demonstrated success in scaling ad creatives for multiple product categories.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p><ul> <li>Core overlap: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM ET (Toronto), Monday–Friday (daily standups, approvals, and uploads).</li> <li>Editor collaboration: At least 1–2 hours overlap with PHT twice weekly for briefs/QA.</li> <li>Flexible otherwise – fully remote role.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Be part of a lean, nimble, and creative-driven e-commerce team. </li> <li>Direct ownership of ad creative strategy and measurable performance impact. </li> <li>Opportunity to test across multiple categories and brands at pace. </li> <li>Remote-first with flexible hours outside overlap windows.</li> <li>Compensation USD 1200 - 2000 gross/monthly.</li> </ul>
