This role will lead both people and projects, managing a team that supports and evolves critical systems that power our go-to-market, operations, and analytics.</p><p>The Business Systems Team Lead will report directly to the VP of Information Systems & CISO, giving you high visibility and influence in shaping our technology strategy. You will act as a strategic partner across Sales, GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Information Systems, responsible not just for maintaining systems, but for driving their evolution, ensuring they enable smarter decision-making, better customer engagement, and greater business efficiency.</p><ul><li>Manage a team of business systems professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration, and directly manage an external IT consulting firm supporting the organization’s systems.</li><li>Own the roadmap for business systems and integrations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and cross-departmental needs.</li><li>Drive end-to-end projects: requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, integrations, testing, rollout, and adoption.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new AI-based tools and technologies across all departments to enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive our business.</li><li>Partner with Sales, GTM, Finance, and Engineering leaders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure our CRM, GTM applications, and BI/data platforms remain reliable, integrated, and business-ready.</li><li>Implement best practices for data governance, process automation, and system security.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in information systems, with at least 2 years in a management position.</li><li>Experience in technology companies (SaaS preferred), including both startups and corporate/global organizations.</li><li>Proven experience leading complex Salesforce projects, including aggregation and system integration.</li><li>Experience implementing AI-based tools across departments to improve processes and drive business growth.</li><li>Strong project leadership - comfortable managing large cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.</li><li>Deep knowledge of business systems and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, ChiliPiper, LeanData, Workato, Tableau, and AI-based systems).</li><li>Experience with financial system integrations (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of essential SaaS business metrics, including ARR, MQL, SQL, and Revenue.</li><li>Fluent in English and Hebrew, with strong professional communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Process-Oriented & Systems Thinker - You understand the complexity of business operations and enjoy designing scalable systems that connect data, teams, and strategy.</li><li>Tech-Driven Optimizer – You’re hands-on with tools like Salesforce and NetSuite, always looking to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve efficiency through smart technologies.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaborator – You work seamlessly across departments, translating business needs into technical solutions while partnering with Finance, Sales, Legal, CS, and IT.</li><li>Curious & Impact-Oriented – You’re naturally curious and enjoy exploring new technologies, especially AI, when they can meaningfully improve processes or outcomes.</li><li>Strategic & Execution-Focused – You balance long-term vision with hands-on execution, managing end-to-end projects that deliver measurable value.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br>None<br> <b>About Us</b><br><p>Panorays is dedicated to reducing supply chain cyber risk so companies worldwide can quickly and securely do business together.
