<b>Description</b><br><p>As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll serve as a central hub connecting client performance, internal workflows, and market strategies. This is a cross-functional, data-informed role focused on building scalable solutions, driving growth, and enhancing team efficiency across APAC.</p><p>We're looking for someone who is passionate about building long-term partnerships, highly communicative, and outcome-driven. If you love providing excellent service, working across teams, and contributing to growth, this role is for you.</p><p>➡️<strong>In order to apply - you must be based in Taiwan or neighboring regions. </strong> This is a remote work (work-from-home) position.</p><p>➡️This position does not include relocation. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and drive account growth</li><li>Collaborate with regional teams to develop scalable optimization strategies</li><li>Partner with analytics and operations teams to implement cross-functional solutions</li><li>Support strategic planning and coordination across Taiwan, Japan, SEA, and other APAC markets</li><li>Support the day-to-day management and operations of existing accounts</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and internal alignment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in an AdTech or app-related company</li><li>2+ years of experience in customer success, strategy, or account management roles</li><li>Strong skills in strategic thinking, data analysis, and workflow optimization</li><li>Excellent collaboration and internal communication abilities</li><li>Fluent in both Mandarin and English</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>BONUS POINTS</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent business-level Japanese written communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM) or HTML / CSS is a huge plus</li><li>Previous experience as a project manager</li><li>Experience working with international clients or multi-market strategies</li><li>Background in building SOPs or scalable team structures</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interviews will be conducted in both <strong>English and Mandarin</strong></p><p><br></p><p>此職位將擔任團隊內部協作的中樞角色,整合客戶帳戶表現、內部工作流程與市場策略。你將跨區域協作、數據驅動、提升效率,協助團隊推動亞太地區的成長。</p><p>我們希望找到一位熱衷建立長期合作關係、擅長溝通協調,並能對業績與客戶成功負責的人選。此職位適合對提供高水準服務充滿熱情、具備英文溝通能力與以目標為導向的人才。</p><p><strong>本職位為遠端工作(Work from Home)</strong></p><p><strong>主要職責</strong></p><ul><li>分析帳戶績效,提出優化與成長建議</li><li>與各區域團隊合作,建立可擴展的策略與流程</li><li>與分析與營運團隊密切協作,執行跨部門優化方案</li><li>協助整合台灣、日本、東南亞等地的區域合作與策略發展</li><li>協助既有 account 的日常維運,並維持穩定的合作關係</li><li>支援團隊策略規劃與知識整合</li></ul><p><strong>必備條件</strong></p><ul><li>3 年以上 AdTech/應用程式公司相關經驗</li><li>至少 2 年以上客戶成功、策略或帳戶管理相關經驗</li><li>熟悉策略思維、數據分析與流程優化</li><li>具備優秀的內部協作與跨部門溝通能力</li><li>精通中文與英文</li><li>工作地點為台灣</li></ul><p><strong>加分條件</strong></p><ul><li>商業日文書寫與溝通能力</li><li>熟悉 Google Ad Manager(GAM)或 HTML / CSS 者優先</li><li>有專案管理經驗者佳</li><li>有國際客戶合作或多市場策略經驗</li><li>有建立 SOP 或設計可擴展團隊流程的背景</li></ul><p><strong>面試資訊</strong></p><ul><li>面試將以 <strong>中英文</strong> 進行</li><li>請提供年薪期望(以美元為單位)</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br>None<br>
