This is a 1099, contract sales position and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts for RTS International within the region. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality.         </div><ul><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics, including but not limited to solicitation, client referrals, networking, development of agent relationships, lead generation through SEO, etc. </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Effectively present and explain complex financial products and their intended value to prospective clients </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Build and maintain new and current international customer relationships, through phone and in-person visits </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Regularly collaborate with agent partners </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Follow up on sales leads and client referrals  </li><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Other duties as assigned </li></ul><div style="margin-bottom: 15.0pt;line-height: normal;background: white;">Qualifications       </div><ul><li style="color: rgb(13,13,13);line-height: normal;background: white;">Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of business development experience.
