BPO Manager

<h3><strong>BPO Manager – Recruitment &amp; Staffing Operations</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking an experienced <strong>BPO Manager</strong> with a strong background in the <strong>recruitment and staffing industry</strong>. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing offshore teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance within a BPO setting.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and scale BPO operations to support global recruitment delivery</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee day-to-day team management, SLAs, and client satisfaction</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage integration and utilization of <em><strong>ATS</strong></em><strong>/</strong><em><strong>HRIS</strong></em><strong> platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with recruitment leadership to align BPO operations with <em>hiring</em> strategies</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience <strong>managing or running a BPO</strong> within the <strong>recruitment/staffing industry</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep knowledge of <em><strong>ATS</strong></em><strong>/</strong><em><strong>HRIS</strong></em><strong> systems</strong> (Ashby preferred)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong leadership, <em>performance management</em>, and stakeholder communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work in a <em>fast-paced</em>, <em>high-growth</em> environment</p></li></ul>
