This role supports the Supply Chain Director in optimizing global logistics, inventory management, and procurement workflows. While experience in eCommerce supply chains is a strong plus, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who exhibit strong critical thinking and execution capabilities.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Scope of the Role</strong></h3><p>This is not a virtual assistant role—it’s an executive-level support function designed to drive operational excellence and support the Supply Chain Director in scaling robust, resilient systems across global markets.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul> <li> Support the planning and execution of inventory replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across global warehouses. </li> <li> Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend process improvements to boost performance and reduce costs. </li> <li> Collaborate closely with Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance teams, as well as external partners, to ensure smooth operations. </li> <li> Maintain data accuracy across supply chain systems and prepare detailed reports for the Supply Chain Director. </li> <li> Contribute to the development of SOPs, tools, and workflows to support scalable and efficient operations. </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul> <li> 3–5+ years of experience in international supply chain operations </li> <li> Proven background in eCommerce and/or Amazon supply chain/logistics (AGL, AWD, and Seller Central experience is a strong plus) </li> <li> Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination </li> <li> Proficiency in project management and advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting </li> <li> Experience with ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and inventory management platforms </li> <li> Knowledge of customs processes, international trade compliance, and freight industry trends </li> <li> Strong written and verbal communication in English </li> <li> Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in solving problems </li> </ul><p></p><p>📝 <strong>Note:</strong> Candidates will be asked to complete a skills-based test (e.g., spreadsheet exercise) as part of the evaluation process.</p><p></p>
