You’ll work in a varied environment managing critical processes across emergency restoration services and custom home construction, interfacing with insurance adjusters, customers, and vendors while having the autonomy to create systems and drive improvements. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful difference in helping families through both emergency situations and exciting construction projects.<br></p> <br>
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Keep files organized across both restoration and construction business operations<br></li>
<li>Follow up with insurance adjusters on water damage restoration claims<br></li>
<li>Follow up with customers throughout the restoration and construction processes<br></li>
<li>Go through email and sort communications by importance and priority<br></li>
<li>Handle administrative tasks that don’t require direct owner attention<br></li>
<li>Follow up with vendors regarding customer selections for construction projects<br></li>
<li>Drive administrative processes forward to ensure smooth operations<br></li>
<li>Watch training videos and make suggestions for software optimization<br></li>
<li>Create systems and processes when presented with operational problems<br></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and file management skills<br></li>
<li>Experience with insurance adjuster communications preferred<br></li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br></li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br></li>
<li>Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities<br></li>
<li>Proficiency with email management and prioritization<br></li>
<li>Experience with customer follow-up and relationship management<br></li>
<li>Ability to work Eastern business hours for effective follow-ups<br></li>
<li>Comfortable learning new software and making process improvement suggestions<br></li>
