This is a <strong>remote role with 10% travel&nbsp;</strong>offering the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals and leave a lasting impact on how the organization operates. <br><br><br><strong><u>What You'll Do...<br></u></strong><br>The ePMO Consultant/PM will work closely with the VP of Transformation ensuring Strategic Initiative execution.<br><strong>This role will be expected to:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop structure and tactical plans for 5-6 key initiatives</p></li><li><p>Centralized tracking of all initiatives and projects for visibility</p></li><li><p>Measure resource capacity across initiatives</p></li><li><p>Foster value driven discussions and cadence to promote advance identification of opportunities, risk and pivots</p></li><li><p>Synergy realization through cross pollination and managing initiatives collectively</p></li><li><p>Support annual strategic planning</p></li></ul><p><br></p></div><div style="direction: ltr;"><div><u><strong>Ideal Consultant Profile:<br></strong></u></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven ePMO implementation and comprehensive project management expertise, bridging strategy and execution.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Leadership Style:</strong> Confident humility – secure enough to challenge VPs respectfully while remaining open to feedback. Natural executive presence that commands respect without intimidation.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Communication:</strong> Diplomatic truth-teller who surfaces uncomfortable realities while maintaining relationships.
