We are seeking a motivated and results-driven High Ticket Closer/Sales Representative/Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales (or appointments) through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build relationships, confirm appointments, and close deals directly impacts your earning potential. Experience in the financial industry, financial publishing or stock trading is an advantage but not required. It is remote, flexible hours and a generous commission compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Contact and engage with warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars and other sources to promote and sell a variety of products and schedule sales calls
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have attended webinars or expressed interest in our services to nurture and close sales opportunities
• Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and outreach efforts to build and expand the sales pipeline
• Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, providing solutions to guide them through the sales process
• Sales Reporting: Accurately document all interactions, activities and outcomes in the CRM system to track progress and measure success
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services and industry trends to effectively communicate value and address client needs
• Sales Support: Perform some additional customer-facing non-sales tasks to further build good will with clients and prospects
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the financial industry, financial publishing or stock trading is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
