Title: Enrollment Specialist

HealthArc is looking for a Remote Patient Enrollment Specialist to serve as an Outbound Call Agent, reaching out to patients referred by our partner physicians. As the first point of contact, you will introduce patients to HealthArc and engage with them via phone and text.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clearly explain program details, benefits, patient responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
• Assist patients with virtual enrollment and schedule follow-up appointments with the HealthArc Care Team.
• Build trust and rapport with potential patients, fostering positive relationships.
• Use structured scripts while adapting communication styles to engage patients effectively.
• Balance quality patient interactions with productivity goals.
• Bonuses will be rewarded based on monthly performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in healthcare services, with a focus on patient engagement and performance metrics.
• Previous experience in high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, helping patients make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Comfort using CRM platforms and other digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spainsh is required.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience.
• Skilled in handling patient objections and building trust over the phone.
• Ability to thrive in a results-driven, autonomous work environment with open communication and feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
