Working under the supervisor of the team leader, this role </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> responding to a wide variety of customer needs and providing on-call support. This could include handling customer complaints, solving user access issues, troubleshooting, diagnosing </span><span>problems</span><span>, escalating issues as needed and problem solving. The Analyst position also </span><span>monitors</span><span> the application system(s), manages data, provides basic instructing and train</span><span>ing</span><span> to end users, completes root cause analyses, makes recommendations, and works through others to improve processes. Providing technical </span><span>assistance</span><span> for questions and problems.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Effectively interacts and clearly communicates with teammates within multiple levels and departments within the business, to support the effective and efficient use of the department’s applications.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Able to follow and execute upon standard operating practices and procedures.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated knowledge in multiple applications supported by the department.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Leverages application </span><span>expertise</span><span> to troubleshoot, problem solve and offer solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Able to effectively use and offer customer support to multiple system tools and applications.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintains security access for information systems.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitors the COTS systems and </span><span>performs</span><span> necessary testing, validation for release management, ongoing troubleshooting, and issues management.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Supports application conversion and implementation projects.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Skills & Experience to Be Successful:</span></b><span><span> </span></span><br><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Foundational knowledge of the insurance industry.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience providing support for Insurance related Agency Management Systems and related applications.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with Insurance Agency Managements Systems Experience (AIM, EPIC, AMS360, Etc.)</span><span> (preferred)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience in DevOps, </span><span>Jira</span><span> or equivalent development tools.
