<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Czech speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Customer Service Representative<br></p><p>Location: Braga, Portugal<br></p><p>Work model: Remote</p><p>Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract</p><p>Remuneration: Base salary </p><p> </p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Handle inquiries and requests across various communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems.</li><li>Foster positive relationships by delivering prompt and courteous support.</li><li>Support customer satisfaction and long-term engagement by ensuring effective resolution of issues.</li><li>Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to achieve team objectives.</li><li>Share insights on recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements.</li></ul><ul> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p><ul><li>Native / fluent in Czech (C2) both verbal and written.
