<li>We're looking for an Associate Delivery Director to lead product delivery and account growth. In this role, you'll define success, drive projects, and develop products that deliver business results for clients and have a profound effect on the financial services sector.</li>
<li><strong>You will act as a trusted pre-sales consultant,</strong> utilizing your expertise to elicit insights, success criteria, and business constraints. Your leadership will be pivotal in overseeing multiple accounts and projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.</li>
<li><strong>As a coach and manager, you will monitor direct reports’ performance,</strong> fostering their growth while optimizing delivery through effective resourcing, team engagement, and performance management. You'll also cultivate camaraderie within your teams, ensuring our Core Values resonate throughout your portfolio and the PMO discipline.</li>
<li><strong>Your expertise will guide successful project delivery</strong> and influence the strategic direction of our engagements, making a meaningful impact on our clients’ success.</li>
<li><strong>Lead Portfolio:</strong> Oversee successful product delivery for multiple accounts and projects. Provide end-to-end project supervision to ensure successful delivery within budget, effectively managing the roadmap and milestones.</li>
<li><strong>Define Success</strong>: Frame and lead product, resourcing, and account approaches that ensure account growth and profitable delivery. </li>
<li><strong>Structure Engagements:</strong> Act as sales consultant, eliciting insights, demonstrating expertise, cultivating relationships.</li>

<li><strong>You are technically proficient. </strong>You have a strong ability to build comprehensive project plans, understand technical requirements, manage resources, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
