Todd Tech is a small but growing IT services provider supporting small businesses, nonprofits and residential customers. We pride ourselves on personal service, fast response times, and keeping technology simple and stress-free for our clients.
We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and tech-savvy communicator to act as our remote Support Coordinator / Dispatcher. This is not a traditional helpdesk role, your main job is to be the calm, competent point of contact for our clients, triage issues, and make sure the right work gets to the right people.
You’ll work closely with our lead technician, monitor support channels (phone/email), respond to clients, assign tasks, and escalate to the owner (me) only when absolutely necessary.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and support emails during business hours (ET)
Log tickets and assign work using our system (Zoho Desk)
Communicate with our technician and follow up on open issues
Provide basic Level 1 help when possible (password resets, common fixes)
Keep things moving smoothly, like a friendly air traffic controller for support
Maintain a warm, helpful, and professional tone at all times
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidiate will be a freelancer who is also working on other projects and can this to their roster.
Pay is for actual time worked and we can negotiate a weekly minimum. Apply tot his job
