About the position
Axxum Technologies is seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer and Trainer with extensive experience in developing, designing, and delivering comprehensive training programs across various enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and Finance systems, with a proven track record in managing and executing large-scale training initiatives both in-person and virtually. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to create engaging training materials that cater to diverse learning styles. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing instructional materials, including job aids, user guides, and training manuals tailored to ERP applications. Proficiency in conducting end-user training sessions, both live and remote, for modules such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Human Capital Management (HCM) is essential. The candidate should also have experience in developing multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and demonstration models to enhance learning experiences. Additionally, the role involves managing the change impact of training programs at all organizational levels. The successful candidate will be certified in key ERP systems, including Oracle UPK and Odyssey Court Management Suite, and will possess extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, with certifications in PMP, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
