About the position

Star Nursing, Inc. is seeking to hire over 100 Associate Healthcare Recruiters to join our COVID Task Team (CTT) in response to the increasing demand for healthcare professionals. This is a remote position that allows you to work from your home office, with a start date as soon as possible. The compensation structure is commission-based, where you earn $200 per healthcare professional (HCP) recruited per month. For instance, if you successfully recruit 20 HCPs, you could earn $4,000 a month, and with 30 HCPs, your earnings could rise to $6,000 a month. Your monthly income will directly reflect your success, eagerness, and innovative recruiting strategies. As an Associate Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our clinical workforce, enabling Star Nursing to assist more facilities while providing competent healthcare professionals to care for COVID-positive patients. You will be an integral part of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice, reporting directly to an Account Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing candidate relationships, sourcing, and recruiting healthcare professionals such as Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) as per client requests. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding hiring needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You will conduct external searches using strategic sourcing techniques, establish connections with professional groups, and develop innovative sourcing strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates through various networks and our Applicant Tracking System will be essential. You will also assist with onboarding new hires and ensure all required documentation is uploaded in the Star Nursing portal before extending job offers. This position demands a solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

• Ensuring all required documentation is uploaded in Star Nursing portal prior to extending a job offer

• Assisting with onboarding new hires, coordinating with the compliance department

• Establishing and maintaining communication and rapport with candidates

• Performing quality calls to candidates providing coaching and mentoring

Requirements
• Previous work experience in healthcare recruitment preferred
,
• Confident telephone manner with no fear of cold calling
,
• Ability to multi-task and handle numerous client job openings simultaneously

• Creative recruiting experience is strongly preferred
